Semarak Advanced Research in Organizational Behaviour (SAROB) is a gold open-access, peer reviewed academic journal with the aim to provide an international platform for academic research by publishing original high-quality research and review articles in the field of management and organizational behavior. Scope includes but not limited to occupational and organizational behaviour, organizational behaviour, organizational change and management, organizational culture, interactions and relations at workplace, employee productivity and well-being, workplace motivation, leadership, organizational communication and other related areas.
