About the Journal

Semarak International Journal of Human Resources (SIJHR) is an open-access, double-blind refereed academic journal with the aim to focus on research in human resources, occupational psychology, human resource technology, labour economics, labour and employment laws and policies, organisational culture and behaviour, organisational change, occupational psychology, human resource practices, performance management, implications of technology on HR management as well as other related areas.

SIJHR is double-blind, published quarterly, open access and accepts original research work, case reports and reviews.
