Abstract

In this article, a physical model of the building by thermoelectric analogywasdeveloped. Adetailed and simplified nonlinear model wasobtained. Experimental data were collected atthe laboratory site with a weather station equipped with a computer to measure the external and internal climatic variables. A linear approach was then implemented on this nonlinear model to prepare it for controllingof the building's internal microclimate. After the two linearization methodswereused, linearization by indirect Lyapunov method and a modal simplification of the original nonlinear systemwere conducted. Validation, calculation and simulation were performed under the MATLAB/Simulink environment.
