In order to improve the competitiveness of graduates of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, an E-Learning Application was designed that integrates big data of learning curriculum with the exchange of curriculum of foreign educational institutions through Eurasia Research. In designing the application, the methods used are literature study, analysis method with fishbone diagram and e-learning software design method using Multi Platforms based on PHP. The analysis method in the form of guest lecturer is intended to examine the curriculum of foreign educational institutions as a sample. The design method is used to design a new application system based on data taken from the results of interviews in the form of Intellectual Property Rights that can solve the problems faced. The design of Intellectual Property Rights e-learning software uses cloud computing web server hardware with client hardware and Multi Platforms programming e- learning software, interpreter and big data and e-learning software for clients. The desired result is the successful implementation of e-learning Software and widespread publication in Indonesia with its publication that can produce Big Data integration of learning curriculum.
